Today was a long and lazy day of waiting in room 208 at Baylor Grapevine. We woke up early and ate breakfast around 9:00. Aunt Virginia visited around 10:00 and brought you a really nice outfit with a "H" on the front. In the afternoon, Mommy watched Julie and Julia while I went for a haircut and a shower at home.
Dr. Moser stopped by around 4:00 and let us know that she would come over to deliver you around 3:00 tomorrow. Mommy wasn't real happy to find out that she wouldn't be able to eat anything after breakfast in the morning. And that breakfast will only be a liquid.
Mommy let me take over her bed during dinner time and take a really good nap.
After dinner, the choir from church called to sing to us. It's kind of a tradition for the choir at North Pointe to call people who are in the hospital or who have lost a loved one.
Before bed, Mommy spent some more time working on thank you notes while we watched The Blind Side. We mostly spent a lot of time talking and thinking about how, in just a few hours, our little family of two would become a wonderful family of three. Life as we know it is about to never be the same again!
